Rules & Regulations

• DISCIPLINE: Training and education is possible without discipline. College administration emphasizes on discipline and expects students to strictly abide by rules in campus. Identity card will be issued within a fortnight of admission which should be carried by the student during college hours.
• ATTENDANCE: 75% attendance is compulsory for all students. According to guide lines and rules of Lucknow University. Student will be debarred from examinations if his/her attendance remains short of prescribed norms.
• RAGGING: Ragging is strictly prohibited inside or outside the campus according to guidelines of Hon’ble High Court of U.P., UGC, U.P. State Govt. and Lucknow University. Any student proved guilty for this offence will be terminated from the college /debarred to take admission for next three years in any college or University of India/imprisoned as per decision of the court.
• CELL PHONE/FIRE ARMS: Use of cell phone by students inside the class room is strictly prohibited. If any student carries fire arms or other lethal weapons inside the campus then strict action under arms act/ university rules shall be taken which may be rustication or imprisonment or both.
• FEE RULES: Fee once deposited is not refundable in any circumstances except security deposit(condition apply). All disputes are subjected to Lucknow Jurisdiction only. Admission is provided only after depositing prescribed fee. Enrolment fee and Examination fee has to be deposited by student separately. 20% of fee is waived off for physically challenged and defence wards up to maximum 10 candidates in order of preference, but it will be allowed to those having permission of exemption prior to admission and after providing original documents related to their claim.
